What does a life coach do?
- We have a conversation
- You open up about your expectations and yourself.
- I listen, and we explore some amazingly powerful, life changing ways to take action in your life.
- We put together one or two focus points to work on.
- We agree to a plan of action, and we have regular follow up conversations over the coming 90 days.

It’s that simple
What does a life coach do? One of the key actions a life coach does is offer you space and time to talk about where you are at and where you want to be. By exploring your options and potential – and then seeking to align what you want with who you are. The actual answer to your question lies within you – I simply help you tease out the best way forward from within you.
But it does involve work.
Ideally, you are committed to the process and are open to change. It’s fair to say you may encounter resistance or push-back at some stages. Feeling stuck, or being frustrated and unfulfilled – they are signs that you are ripe for change – and indicators that perhaps you are overdue to reshape yourself for the next phase of your life. Let go of your inner blockages, for clear, positive satisfaction
A life coaching experience can be just the catalyst to propel you forward, and it is no surprise that past clients are amazed and a little frustrated at why they tolerated their less than ideal life situation for such a long time. Acting now, and taking responsibility for yourself is always the best way to ensure a better tomorrow for yourself, your family and your business career.
You can create 2016 as your best year – ever.
Making the decision to work alongside a Life Coach can be a lot of things – that’s why I am offering an obligation free trial conversation, and encouraging you to take part in this promotion for 2016. That’s right – completely free. All I ask is that you set aside a 60 minutes so we can truly explore your position and I can offer you some real value during the call.
But 60 minutes? Isn’t that a long time for an introductory conversation?
Yes, in my experience, getting into the conversation can take time and once we are in the flow, it is about capturing everything and working towards an outcome that we both find satisfying and worthwhile. I do not accept work with all clients and it is especially important that we have a working understanding so we can build a successful coaching alliance.

What does a Life Coach do?
It is still immensely gratifying to hear clients share their amazement at how old family values were holding them back, or how clinging desperately to a scarcity mindset when they had achieved prosperity and wealth wasn’t working.
Personal coaching is the same as approaching an architect for a inspired living space, or a mechanic to ensure a machine is functioning efficiently. Just because you are re-aligning some mental constructs does not mean you are ‘hippy’ or ‘out there’ or ‘losing it’ – in fact it is the first step toward a deeper, more whole experience.
Don’t wait for a slide to become a crisis – act now
Too often people don’t allow themselves permission to accept and explore new options when they are stuck in a funk. They blithely accept where they are at and insist that it’s just the way things are, and they have to stoically accept and get on with it. Not so.
Take responsibility and make some small changes to improve your outlook and life experience and see how your overall demeanor brightens and your mood lifts.
Ultimately, by reading this far, you can see something in this.
Working with a life coach is a powerful yet gentle reminder of how you have the resources and the insight to grow towards who you want. But just reading and thinking it alone lacks the immediacy and personal power of a genuine connection with the person on the other end of the phone. Act now. See how you feel after a 60 minute conversation.
